Spiritual Care
At Odessa Regional Medical Center, we believe that spiritual care is a vital part of the healing process and that it can help connect patients and their families to valuable sources of inner strength during times of illness and medical crisis. Our spiritual care program is available to people of all faiths and to those with no formal religious affiliation.
Our chaplains are available for prayer and counseling:
- To help families clarify ethical dilemmas about medical treatment plans and withdrawal of life support
- To provide emotional and spiritual support for dying patients and their loved ones
- To provide comfort during fetal demise
To reach one of our chaplains, please call the ORMC front desk at (432) 582-8000.
The ORMC chapel is located on the first floor of the East Campus and is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for prayer and meditation.
